At The Wedding Shoppe, we want you to feel confident and beautiful on your special day. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all bridal tags and protective coverings are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
